The meeting was called to order by President Sid Collins.

President Collins welcomed everyone to the meeting. President Collins stated it should be a short meeting since no rule changes could be proposed at the summer meeting. For informational purposes the league was informed that Vice President Merv Faassen-de-heer was at the Middle Tyger YMCA at the SC Long Course State Championship. Treasurer Ashley Martin was also not in attendance. President Collins announced the league account has a balance of $4653.00 and asked if anyone has suggestions as how to spend it, to contact the incoming officers.

Voting rites were established by team.

League Web Site

Webmaster Don Kier asked that everyone send in results as quickly as possible. He needs a back up of meet manager. For the web site to be effective, results need to be posed no later than the day after the meet.

Meet Entries

Lynn Williams asked that when entering by meet manager teams also send a word document of their entries for verification purposes. President commented that when Pickens hosts a meet, they import the visiting teams entries into their data base and send a word document of their entries to all teams attending for verification.

Use two pools for one day 3 in favor

The championship meet will use one pool for two days.

Hold the meet on Friday and Saturday 9 in favor

Hold the meet on Saturday and Sunday 2 in favor

The meet will be held on Friday and Saturday in one pool.

Being no further business, the meeting was adjourned.

Respectfully submitted,
